Our Navigating Grief series is for parents willing and able to commit to a 4-week series of meetings with the same small group of parents. Participants MUST sign up ahead of time to attend a Navigating Grief series.
The Navigating Grief Series is intended to help parents develop a deeper understanding of their grief. It is for parents within the first year following a loss. This series is offered on an as-needed basis and is scheduled once we have enough interested parents. Please email griefseries@sharingparents.org with any questions.
Typically, our Navigating Grief Series runs for four consecutive weeks on Sunday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and therefore offers some consistency and strong connections made with the other parents. We cover different topics each week and have found it to be really powerful to be present with others who have gone through similar losses.
